Ex imagine scopo et magnitudine lentis, spatium R computari potest;
R = A * F / S (2)
Exempli gratia, si scopum ipsum magnitudo A est 5m, arx longitudo F est 50mm, et scopum imaginis magnitudo S 100 elementa sunt.
Tum scopum spatium est;
R = 5 * 50 / 100 = 25m
